This gin uses a blend of eight botanicals a few of which are, juniper berries, angelica root, coriander, licorice, and of course violet. Made by the British Honey company using nectar pulled from hives have dotted all over the Cotswolds, Keepr’s Honey Gin is a delectably sweet, soft spirit that soothes the throat and warms the soul.
