This is a really cool little book - fans of the FNAF series would like to have this as a collector's piece. There's lots of quizzes and activities, and although the tone is trying to be light you can sense the sinister tones underneath throughout. Switching to day shift story starter: Story appears to be from Michael Afton’s perspective being transferred to the Day Shift in FNAF 2 after Phone Guy said the animatronics were acting strangely, and aggressive towards the staff. “After work I had an unsettling feeling that I was being followed home…” I think MatPat sums this up quite nicely: “Basically, the Five Nights at Freddy’s Survival Logbook is a book-length meta game dedicated to revealing Golden Freddy’s real name all disguised as a children’s activity workbook… [It is] simultaneously the most important, most revealing, and most frustrating piece of evidence to be thrown into this franchise.” It does not contain any story or lore within but there are some interesting messages written throughout if you look closely.. Very humorous, which was rather surprising since FNAF is known for its scares. Some of the art, word choice and pre-filled in answers hint at the deadly stakes of the game. Design a new Logo. Red Ink: Logo of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza featuring ONLY FREDDY glaring at the viewer angrily like Stalin. Red Ink: Animatronics as ghosts. Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and others behind them, including Fredbear(?)OK, this is totally a reference to Under the Desk in Sister Location. If we’re Michael the Bite Victim on the left.. Did the person on the right lose an arm? Isn’t New Springtrap missing an arm?) If you had to survive in a small crawl space under a desk for a week while surrounded by baby-themed animatronics, would you rather... These could be really fun to fill out and share our answers. I'm going to get a jump start on writing my list of "Ten reasons why applying to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza seemed like a good idea at the time" and I can tell we'll all have a field day with that one. Definitely a activity book first and game companion second. You’ll get more out of this if you read each “night” section in tandem with playing each night of the game. Since there are logs for each night of playing the game. but it isn’t QUITE the same seen. It’s cleaner, there are no dolls on the desk, Toy Bonnie still has an ear? Trashed Toy Box still has Paperpal and Foxy’s severed hook (interesting) hanging out, but inside the box is different. Desk design is also different.

The red ink was just to leave self notes, doodles, and to leave the tally marks for whatever person was going to find the logbook afterwards(Aka us, the readers) If you like FNAF this is a wonderful addition to the game and fun side reading. Also, a great way to puzzle solve and clue hunt your way into finding out some of the FNAF lore. FNAF 2 desk, complete with JJ under it “Make your workspace feel like home! (?)
