The writing: the worst part. It’s what made this book so atrocious. If the writing was better my rating for this book would’ve definitely been higher. Just super cringy and embarrassing. And don’t get me started on the insta love

Lucy: me encanta que este personaje tenga inseguridades que todas tenemos en algún momento y más aún luego de dar a luz, estoy segura que más de una mujer luego de tener a su bebé no queda con el cuerpo igual que antes (en los libros siempre quedan como diosas luego del embarazo), lo cual me gustó mucho como lo llevó la autora. Es súper tierna, torpe, madura cuando debe, impulsiva y apasionada; una mujer increíble, en otras palabras. Me gusta que sea madre soltera (el padre es un hdp que no merece ser nombrado) y que no lo romanticen, ellaExample 2: John Smith has a Floating Holiday award rule and a Personal Time Off accrual rule. However, he has no time-off rule defining how he can accrue or be awarded Compensation Time. Therefore, he will have no balance of this time-off type and will not be able to request it.

The author skillfully navigates the push and pull between Lucy, Cooper, and Drew, creating a rich tapestry of emotions that keeps readers engaged from start to finish. The narrative delves into the characters' inner struggles, fears, and desires, making them relatable and endearing. The pacing is well-managed, allowing the tension to build as the characters grapple with their feelings and the repercussions of breaking the "off-limits" rule. Lucy has been through a tough time, and when she has to go live with her brother, she feels like a failure. But, once she meets her brother’s friend, Cooper, she can’t stop thinking about him. Lucy is funny, quirky and relatable, and I enjoyed her courage when she was down and out after her last relationship failed. Cooper is charming and funny, and is the perfect complement to Lucy. The brother was controlling, but I thought the author explained this trait very well. Time-off types are probably the simpler of the two objects, because each one is simply a container. You add time off to, or remove time off from, each container. You can create and arbitrarily name an unlimited number of time-off types. This book is an easy light read, with enjoyable characters, and lots of fun banter. I thought the main characters were believable and I enjoyed their journey to find love. Fun romantic comedy, light and easy, with a single mother, an overprotective brother, and the brothers friend with a questionable reputation, what could go wrong?The protagonist, Drew, is a man who has experienced a hard breakup and wanted to marry his sister Lucy. He is not swayed by Drew’s insults and is trying to get him to see that he is not the guy he has built up in his head. Drew scoffs at his insults and tries to make it clear that Lucy doesn’t deserve to be his test subject. The protagonist is done letting Drew tell him who he is. He asks Drew to try to see him differently and reveals his love for his sister and nephew.Drew expresses disgust and disapproval, stating that he doesn’t support this decision. Lucy, on the other hand, shares her feelings with Drew, causing him to shake his head and accuse him of making a bad choice again. Some thoughting points Example 2: Full-Day Exception versus Full-Day Time Off—A full-day exception is granted for an agent in the Calendar for the same day as a full-day time off. The Calendar hierarchy specifies that the full-day exception should take priority and the full-fay time-off item should be declined. An interesting thing to consider here is that the large retained recruitment firms, those who work for several thousand different organizations, consequently have HUGE off limit numbers. (Recruitment firms are ranked in either the number of offices or consultants, or their size in revenue. Quite often the revenue is not public information so the former method of indicating size is usually used). Then this is a brother's best friend book right? Okay but who are you, as a grown adult trying to tell your sister and your best friend, who are both over the age of 25 who they can date? They are both almost thirty. Calm down... I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fmc this bad and embarrassing. I already hated the cheat sheet but thought I’d give this author a second chance, (I actually hated this book for the same reasons I hated the cheat sheet).
