Everything is moving really fast with the wedding planning, and they try to keep Lily`s pregnancy a secret, especially from Ash`s father, unsuccessfully. But he cannot find out that it is not Ash`s baby, so she can be safe from him.

like the weirdly specific details about the music they're listening to in every instance?? what does it bring me to know what they are listening to during sex if the music itself is even as bad as the book😭

Overall, I feel like if the writing was better, if the main girl was more likeable and had better fashion sense (oh my, her outfit choices are extremely questionable.) if there weren’t so many cringe worthy moments, and if the plot was easier to follow, then perhaps I would’ve given a better review.

stars. Okay. No joke, okay guys. There are over 20 SMUT SCENES!!! OVER 20!!! And it all started in CHAPTER 3!!! AND THEN, there was a tension-filled moment in CHAPTER 1 after she got out of the shower. If you want to read this for plot, you will not find it. It is pure SMUT. Nothing wrong with that of course, but I thought there was going to be more. If anything, we learn about the guys' dark side of their lives that was created by their respective families so they can later take of their businesses. We learn about their pasts and that's about it. There's a hint that something is going to happen with one of the guys' fathers, but nothing yet. Lily is going through a lot in this book as she realizes that her mother`s best friend, Lexi, did not just abandon her because she did try to reach out to her but couldn`t in all the ways she tried. And the same thing goes for her mother`s boyfriend, who is kind of a father to Lily. They realized that her "uncle" was keeping her from them, and they knew the reason behind it.

The characters all go through so much trauma and hardships that it seemed almost impossible for them to get their happy ending but I'm so glad they did. Okay ladies, let's talk. Steam. Smut. Spice. Whatever you want to call it, this book is full of it. By far the most smexy scenes I have ever seen in a book. If too much steam is a turn off for you, then this one isn't for you. I'd estimate a good 60-70% is dedicated to steamy scenes. Guess how many smut scenes there are this time.... 18. Yup. 18 smut scenes. Ranging from DP, DVP, BJs, her pleasure through mouth and fingers, knife and blood play, whipping, flogging, etc. Oooh, almost forgot. There's an MMF scene!! And it has Dom/sub play!! We've belonged to each other since the moment of our conception, Lilly Darling. And we are never letting you go." (Kai)The story continues with the ending point from the previous book, where Lily was kidnapped, and the last person she spoke with was her uncle, who said the same thing that Julian said. What I COULDNT condone was the use of “Her Vagisty” when the FMC referred to her vagina. AND THE CRIME WASN’T COMMITTED JUST ONCE. OH NO, FRIENDS. THE ENTIRE. BOOK. But fate is a b***h, and one night my life tips on its axis again, making me doubt my dark knights as their terrifying secrets are revealed. We have Ash... who's the leader of the group and takes the longest to finally give in to his desire for his 'princess'. He's broken in so many ways and Lilly just wants to help him to heal. Even though she has her own healing to do. But she's really the light to Ash's darkness and they need each other desperately.

Captured is the first book in a scorching dark contemporary romance, where our bold leading lady won't have to choose. Boundaries will be crossed, both figuratively and literally. I am not such a fan of MM... I usually prefer the MMCs' attention on the FMC, so that is that... but it was spicy either way. I didn’t finish this but I’m marking it as read so I could review it as it was TERRIBLE and I need these points to be herd. The beginning was hilarious and had so much promise but it was nothing but a fat flop….the pregnancy? shook. these kids (they are kids) are in HIGH SCHOOL. this would be a much easier read if they were at least AT LEAST in college. but senior year of high school? ugh it’s making it so hard for me. i’m picturing them older still isn’t helping. Needless to say there's a lot of change and Lilly shows her strength of character by taking each new revelation as it comes. Of course, she's not superwoman so she has her wobbles. She is also a lot different to some recent females I've read about because of her cavalier attitude towards sex which begins almost instantly! Rosa Lee is a new author to me and this is her debut novel. Captured begins with our female main character Lilly Darling who transfers to Highgate Prep after the tragic death of her mother. Along with having to cope with her mothers death she also has a mysterious new uncle she has never met before AND moving to another country! Lots of inconsistencies with dates/birthdays/school timeframe/pregnancy timeline jumping from 12 weeks to then suddenly saying 16 a day later during an appointment. Was expecting it to be revealed it wasnt Lokis baby, but that never happened and realized it was just a writing error.
