You are on the right path to being the recipient of one of the most precious experiences in life – the love and gratitude of an animal! Level 1– Hand feeding kibble from the container on the kennel when passing the kennel regardless of the dog’s reaction. This teaches dogs to enjoy people approaching their kennel and they naturally start to ‘present’ themselves well to prospective owners. PAWS was located in the Todmorden area and covered a 15 mile radius of the town centre. We are well known for our coffee mornings, having a market stall, organising local events such as dog shows, fetes, Christmas Fairs and offering help to those in need in terms of food to local food banks, help with cat neutering vouchers and giving advice on rehoming and adoption. We rehome widely across the region and take in animals within our catchment area. However, following a notice of our landlord regarding re-possession of Eastwood Road, which we rented, a search began in earnest to ensure the long-term continuation of PAWS’ services to the local communities.

Facilities, such as the Lilongwe Wildlife Centre have the potential to educate a large number of young people (and their parents), some of whom will go on to fill positions of authority and therefore influence the future of the country and its conservation policies. We introduced the Open Paw programme for dogs first as it was much more fully developed and tested than the cat programme. As this was a very new way of working, we ran a pilot in the intake kennels at NAWT’s Watford Centre in July 2015, and then gradually rolled it out to the rehoming kennels at Watford. In Autumn 2015 Cornwall became the next Open Paw centre, with Berkshire and Clacton following in early 2016. Located on a prominent corner of the campus, the PAW Centre is a gateway showpiece for the university. In addition to the new building, existing buildings were renovated to accommodate new program space. The new and old buildings are connected by an atrium-like Social Street, incorporating student services to activate and energize a pedestrian thoroughfare that will serve as a major access point to the campus.

Often, the adoption donation only covers part of the costs of caring for and transporting the dog or cat but should ever there be money left over, then this will be used towards feeding and medicating other animals in our care, and of course rescuing those in need. All our animals are fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed and some of them are also already rabies tested which means they are travel ready for the UK. Centre is open to students, faculty/staff, UofA Alumni, Van Vliet Complex Membership Card holders and Steadward Centre members and family. Our services

When a mysterious meteor lands in Adventure Bay, the PAW Patrol gang discover new Mighty Pups Super PAWS powers, like Chase’s super speed, Rubble’s super strength and Marshall’s mighty heat. Kids can play out super-pup adventures with the meteor-centred PAW Patrol Mighty Pups Super PAWs Lookout Tower Playset and imagine super missions with Mighty Pups Super PAWS toys and playsets. The programme allows for regular toilet breaks during the day which enables us to either continue the dogs’ existing habits or teach them new ones. We have designated toileting areas and dogs visit there before doing any training or going on a walk. This teaches them great habits for their new home, and also teaches them to be clean in kennels. With Open Pawat NAWT breakfast and dinner are served in Kongs, and lunch will be in a Kong or some other interactive feeder like a treat ball or dog maze.
