Ableforth's was created by three friends with the simple goal of producing a range of unique spirits. Rumbullion is easily in my top 2 spiced rums so it was only a matter of time until I tried this XO version.

Hints of Manuka honey and mouth-watering cinnamon form its heart, with molasses, candy floss, toffee apples, crème brûlée and clove-studded oranges.
