The integrated milk frother means that making milky coffees (cappuccinos and latte macchiatos etc) is a really straightforward process. Remove the hot water nozzle from the entrance panel on the front of your Nespresso Lattissima Touch and attach it to the connector on the front of the machine. As with all Nespresso machines, this comes with a 19 bar water pump – this is key to getting a good crema on top of your espressos. Prior to this, the high-pressure pump quickly but efficiently extracts every last bit of deliciousness contained within a capsule for that aroma and flavor you love.
