This is partly due to the bolt not being tightened enough and that goes for the bolts and screws on the rest of the stand. The HOMCOM boxing bag stand is an all-in-one solution that has space for both a speed ball and a heavy bag and they even come included as part of the package. I was concerned that the side supports would be a problem for roundhouse kicks, but they aren't at all.

All in all, we found the E-Series Box Station a joy to use, the included bags were of a good quality and the frame is robust when weighted down with plates.This will allow you to hand any punch bag that you may want safely and securely without having to drill.

Overall, the Everlast is well made, very sturdy (especially when you add your weight plates to the pegs) and looks great with a decent bag attached. These pegs enable you to load weights (barbell discs) onto the stand so as to prevent it from moving around during ‘vigorous workouts’.The Everlast Cotter punch bag stand features a smooth swivel design that increases punch bag speed and accuracy.
