During this stage, the Cellar Master produces various champagnes which make up the house’s collection: Brut, Rosé, Millésimé, Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs. In keeping with the house’s motto, “Only the best”, Mumm rosé champagne epitomises excellence and expertise honed over centuries. If in doubt, you can’t go wrong with a fruit-forward dessert, such as winter berry panna cotta. How we test rosé champagne A unique blend of more than 120 crus from three grape varieties – Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay – perfectly complement one another and reflect the richness of the Champagne terroir, the House’s inimitable style, and the expertise of the Cellar Master.
